Sebastian Vettel - Legend in the making

After Kimi retired from formula 1 at the end of 2009 season, I do follow kimi good fren i.e Sebastian vettle, here some impressive statistic about him...

1. youngest formula 1 driver & championship point scorer : race debut 2007 US grand prix, and finishing eight on that race at the age of 19 years 53 days
2. Youngest driver to lead the race - 2007 Japanese Grand Prix
3. Youngest driver to secured pole position and race winner - 2008 Italian grand prix at the age of 21 years 74 days
4. Youngest championship runner-up - 2009 season
5. Youngest world driver champion - 2010 season at the age of 23 years 132 days
6. will become youngest double world driver champion should he win this championship this year

simple bubo been prepared usually during birthday, as my mum birthday fall on 14/9 so i prepared this bubo special for her....

bahan-bahan

-Pulut
-santan
-gula melaka
-gula putih

cara-cara

-tanak pulut sampai jadi bubo, pastu buboh santan, garam cukup rasa, gula putih, biar sampai mendidih. ketepikan sikit yg pure putih.
-balancenya campur dengan gula melaka...
-hidang seperti d atas

simple kan... jawanese je yg familiar dengan bubo ni, sblm makan baca doa mohon keselamatan juga kesejahteraan birthday mum.

Semoga bonda tersayang sentiasa dalam rahmat dan redha Allah SWT, d beri kesihatan yang baik juga berkati dunia akhirat... ameen ya raballalamin...

~balance lunch kami sefamily : nasi tomato ayam, ayam masak merah, rojak @ jelatah, sayur campur~


Nasi tomato ayam

1kg beras basmathi - cuci n toskan (ikut utk brape orang)
300 grm isi ayam (ikut suka) - potong kecik2
1100 ml air (ikut suka)
8 biji tomato buah - cincang halus (makandak blander je terus)
4 sudu beso tomato puri
1 1/4 cawan susu sejat
minyak sapi/ majerin (agak sendiri utk menumis)
garam secukup rasa

Bahan kisar

3 biji bawang beso
15 ulas bawang putih
1 ibu jari halia

Bahan menumis

8 kuntum bunga cengkih
8 biji buah pelaga
3 inc kulit kayu manis
daun pandan (kalau ada)

bahan hiasan

-kacang pis
-gajus goreng
-kismis

CARA MASAK

-ayam yg d potong kecik2 direbus sampai empuk, toskan ayam n tepikan air rebusan.
-panaskan minyak sapi/ majerin dalam periuk, tumiskan bahan tumis sampai naik bau, masukan bahan2 kisar n tumis sampai garing.
-masukan tomato buah n tomato puree dan kacau sampai rata.
-masukan air rebusan ayam n susu cair n biarkan sampai mendidih.
-masukan beras n tanak sampai hampir kering, masukan ayam tadi n garam secukup rasa,
-kacau hingga sebati. tutup periuk dan masak hingga nasik tomato ayam tanak.
-masukan bahan2 hiasan .
Tadaa.... dah siap pun
